When do I receive my order?
If you are shopping through RazaOnline and if you reside in Dubai, then there is good news for you, the item you purchased through the RazaOnline shop may be delivered on the same day you make the order, Within 24 hours the goods will be delivered to your doorstep. For all other Emirates (Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, Um Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah). You can expect your goods to be delivered to your doorstep within 1-2 business days.
Can I pick up the item at your location?
Yes, it is possible. Kindly contact our team before placing the order.

How Can I Track my order?
The moment you make a purchase through RazaOnline, you will receive an email containing all information about the product and your order status. Once your order is dispatched from the warehouse you will receive an email or phone call or a text message confirming the same. However, you can also track your order online on our website RazaOnline.com
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order during the confirmation or while it’s under preparation and before shipping. You can log into your account and clicking on “Account” > Orders. Every product ordered will be listed, by clicking on each you will get the option to cancel.
Once your order is shipped and sent out for delivery, you may not be able to cancel the order. Contact us for further details.
What are the payment methods available?
One of the specialties of RazaOnline is the pricing of the product. At RazaOnline you will find the price range of our product is way less than the other markets and less than many online shopping portals giving us the edge over our competitor.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
Damaged parts of the product due to the accident, neglect, modification, abuse, or misuse of the product (including, but not limited to: exposure to variations in ambient environmental conditions such as changes in heat, humidity, or moisture, including water saturation), impact damage, normal wear and tear, indentations, scratches or surface damage (including, but not limited to: abrasions caused by failure to use, protect or maintain the product properly), product deterioration or variations in color or markings that is ordinarily expected based on ordinary use or develop over time because of natural processes such as exposure to sunlight, and damage caused to products during shipping.

Personal irresponsible use resulting from spyware and software viruses.
Natural disasters such as fire, flood, or improper electric current.

Credit / Debit Card Online Payment
Your order is at your doorstep with the easy and secure payment method of credit/debit card payments. Customers will not be charged extra fees for using credit cards/debit cards. The payment method will be shown in the invoice of the purchase.

No credit card details are collected or stored by us. Our secure website has SSL secured page for all payment processing.

Cash On Delivery
Though online payment through credit or debit card is 100% safe and secure, people still prefer making the payment in cash. Keeping this in mind, we do provide a Cash on the Delivery method of payment (COD) all over UAE, thus you pay only when you receive your order at your doorstep. This payment method may be removed at a later stage.
What are the delivery Charges?
When you purchase a product through RazaOnline, as we try to do a fast delivery a nominal fee may be added to your shipment as delivery charges and it will be clearly mentioned in the payment receipt.
Are the phones unlocked?
Yes, all our phones are factory unlocked and work with any network, so hassle free experience is listed in the product details.
What is the warranty policy?
Our products are genuine and warranty is from the principals and we support our customers in the warranty.
Please Note these warranties are restricted to UAE, in case if you are out of UAE and you want to claim a warranty, in such a scenario, you have to ship the product to us and the rest we will get sorted.

All purchase need the invoice received when purchasing an item from RazaOnline to claim the warranty and any related services

Do the phones you sell have international warranty?
Warranty differs from country to country But if you are abroad and want to claim your warranty, then you will have to ship your phone back to us in UAE, but please note that we will not cover the transportation cost.
